Returns / Exchanges?
Brass Pool USA stands behind our product. If you are unhappy with your purchase, within 3 days of delivery, email us at BrassPoolUSA@gmail.com with a subject of "RETURN / EXCHANGE". We will provide you with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and you can send your unused and undamaged product back for store credit or an equal exchange (*excludes presale / sale items). Customer is responsible for shipping costs related to returns / exchanges.
How long will the return / exchange process take?
Please allow 1 - 2 weeks from the time you ship the product back to us to process your return/exchange.
