What is the Brass Pool USA Logo?
The logo is a combination of a B(Brass) and P(Pool) mixed with the resemblance of the back of a centerfire bullet.
Can you change your order once it's placed?
If your order hasn't shipped, we can make changes within 24 hours. Please email BrassPoolUSA@gmail.com with your order # and state your request.
What are your payment methods?
We accept all major credit cards.
Where are your products made?
Materials and designs are chosen / created in CA and production takes place overseas.
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours via USPS. **Excludes presale, check below for more details.
What if the hat I want is out of stock?
Sign up for our email list and you will be notified when the hat of your liking is back in stock.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are shipped via USPS and can take approximately 2 - 8 business days. Due to the covid-19 pandemic, you may experience some delays out of our control.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes
Tracking information?
You will be sent your tracking info via email and you can input that tracking number into the USPS website for updated tracking information.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship in the U.S. If international, please reach out to brasspoolusa@gmail.com for further info.
Are your hats waterproof?
Our hats are water resistant, not waterproof.
On sale / presale items?
All sale items / presale items are final and are not eligible for returns / exchanges.
PRESALE INFO!!
Presale starts Saturday August 6th and ends Sunday August 14th. Production will be approximately 25 days (all hats are fully custom made). Once production ends, your order will be fulfilled and you'll will be sent a tracking number for your order and you should receive the hat within 2 - 8 business days via usps.
